SMS Terms

After you agree verbally during a phone conversation, you may receive follow-ups on your requested insurance quote, appointment coordination, policy-service messages and customer-care replies. We document your affirmative consent before sending. This program does not send marketing or promotional texts under verbal consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining a quote or purchasing insurance.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, call (904) 222-6208 or email serhii@solidtrustinsurance.com. Tell us if your mobile number changes or you no longer control it. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Insurance requests

A text message does not bind, change or cancel insurance coverage. An authorized insurance professional must confirm coverage arrangements. Coverage is subject to availability, underwriting and policy terms. Do not use SMS for emergencies or urgent claims; contact your insurer using the information on your policy.
