Information about the details you share with our agency.
Client service requests and attachments
We collect the information and files you choose to submit for certificate, policy change, claims help and billing or document requests. We use them to review your request and contact you. Requests are saved in encrypted storage before email notification. Attachments are encrypted outside the public website and are accessible only to authorized agency administrators. Local requests and attachments expire after 30 days; mailbox and backup retention is separate. Hostinger provides website and email hosting. Service requests are not sent to Momentum as insurance quote applications. Please provide only what is needed and leave out payment card details, bank information, Social Security numbers and medical records.
Information you choose to share
When you send a general message, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message. When you send a coverage request, we collect the contact information, property or vehicle details, business information and insurance history that you provide. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, payment card details or sensitive medical information in these forms.
How information is used
General messages are sent to our agency’s Hostinger email account. Coverage requests are handled separately through our agency management system. We use your information to respond to your request, review insurance needs and help prepare or service insurance quotes. We may share relevant information with our agency management provider, insurers and other service providers involved in handling your request, as appropriate.
Website operation
This website does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. We will update this notice if we introduce additional data uses.
Storage and access
Access to website requests is restricted to authorized agency staff. The website keeps a temporary encrypted copy to support delivery and review, scheduled for removal after 30 days. Messages in our email account, agency management records and hosting backups are managed separately and may be retained longer as needed for service and recordkeeping.
